What You’ll Experience

  • Three Live Demonstrations: Witness Liz and Isaac work together in a 3 session series, building on the progress of a client who has completed a 10-series. Showcasing how two practitioners can collaborate to bring a client’s body into integrated alignment. Learn how they navigate structure, movement, and pressure systems in real-time.

  • Hands-On Partner Practice
    Refine your touch and your ability to synchronize with another practitioner. Develop your sensitivity to both your client’s body and your partner’s input, enabling a dynamic and effective collaborative approach.

  • Techniques for Testing and Adjusting Work
    Understand how to test your work for integration and alignment, and learn strategies to adapt if your work isn’t achieving the desired outcomes.

  • Advanced Concepts in Structure and Alignment
    Dive into the latest understanding of fascia, joint positioning, muscle activation, biotensegrity, and hydrostatic pressure systems. These concepts are foundational to creating lasting change in your clients.

  • Lifetime Access to Recordings

Liz is a leading Structural Integration practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She blends her expertise in Rolfing, pain reprocessing therapy, movement awareness, trauma dynamics, and attachment work to deliver transformative results. Liz is the founder of Postures for Peace, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing structural integration and attachment education to underserved communities.

Isaac Osborne, Advanced Rolfer©, NASM CPT and Corrective Exercise Specialist
Isaac has over 26 years of experience as a structural integration practitioner, educator, and movement specialist. With a deep focus on movement, hydrostatic pressure systems, and fascia, Isaac brings cutting-edge insights to his practice. He is also the author of Body of Water, an upcoming book exploring fascia, biotensegrity, and pressure, tying these principles into practical applications for structural integration.
