I was invited to Surf the Kelly Slater Wave Company with a few friends and didn't want to miss this amazing opportunity.

 

One thing almost stood in the way...

 

I was suffering from low back pain for 3 months prior to the event and finally had an MRI which revealed two herniated disks. As a result, I was quite stiff and not surfing anywhere near my full potential. Additionally I was feeling acute pain and stiffness throughout my lower back and hip area.

 

I arrived and discovered that the host and organizer of my group was Isaac from Motion Unlimited, what a coincidence and a blessing! He assisted me in technique and showed me how to utilize The Integrator. This treatment prior to and in between allowed me to have nearly a full range of motion and recover from surf sessions with little or no problem ( something I have not been able to do for months).

 

I would highly recommend Isaac and the massage gun as well. It has opened new doors for me and I am grateful to getting back in the water better than I was before my injury.

I have had neck and back problems stemming from a bike accident. With COVID restrictions making it tougher to access in-person body alignment professionals, I was looking for a self-guided activity that could help provide pain relief and better body alignment. The Integrator, coupled with Isaac’s knowledge and guidance of where and how to apply this tool, has helped me recover faster and see marked improvement in my pain as well as increased mobility and strength in my neck and back. The online tutorials helped me achieve relief in areas where I did not even know I had pain or needed release. 

I realize there are many therapy guns/tools on the market these days. I am a firm believer that purchasing any old therapy tool is useless without knowing the proper techniques on how to use it, so one can get the most out of it. To those in pain and needing relief, I would wholeheartedly recommend The Integrator and Isaac’s Tutorials so you can get the most out of your body and continue to live an active lifestyle. The Integrator has been instrumental, along with Isaac's knowledge of the body, to get me back to being pain free and performing at my peak.
